Start a Switch order

Create an account and start your first switch order using our easy step-by-step forms.

Choose your switch duration

Select the start and end time of your switch to define its duration.

Select recipient journalists

Select your desired recipients from our catalogue of media and journalists.

Add your files to your switch

Drag and drop your files into your browser and we'll automatically encrypt them for you.

Publish and share your switch

Once your switch is created, share it online for maximum visibility.

Legacy

Legacy acts an easy way for customers to provide any nominated beneficiaries with access to sensitive personal data (such as passwords, mortgage info, health insurance, a copy of their will, and more) – should they ever need it.

Start a Legacy order

Create an account and navigate to the Legacy service.

Choose your Legacy timeframe

Select the number of days a nominated beneficiary must wait before access to your vault can be granted.

Nominate your beneficiaries

Select which of your friends and family can request access to your vault.

Add your files to your vault

Drag and drop your files into your browser and we'll automatically encrypt them for you.

You're all set!

If you fail to reject a beneficiary's vault access request within your preset timeframe, they gain automatic entry.
